More About The Blank Space of Hamilton

Rental Information and Rates. 

The Blank Space of Hamilton, LLC, is an ideal setting for community meetings, receptions, dinner parties, bridal or baby showers, book clubs, presentations, luncheons, and business learning sessions. The Blank Space comfortably seats up to 60 people on the floor with an overall capacity of 86 with Wi-Fi, high-definition TV monitors, sound capabilities and support equipment. The Blank Space is “cater-only” by pre-approved caterers or Licensee.  Any food or beverages, alcohol or non-alcohol, is permitted by the Licensee for private events. The room includes tables, chairs, and two ADA restrooms.

Fee Schedule:

Monday – Thursday $60.00 per hour (2-hour minimum)

Friday – Sunday $90.00 per hour (2-hour minimum)

Reservation fees which include: 1 Hr. Planning Meeting, Setup and Breakdown of Room,  and Cleaning. Additional planning and set up hours may be purchased at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
